NEW MEMBERS

Where do I download Plus+1?

Depending on your device type, you'll either download on the App Store or on Google Play.

How much is the membership?

You have two different membership options; first, you can purchase a lifetime membership for a one-time payment of $199 (or $150 until 5/21/23) or you can subscribe to a monthly membership at $19/month (or $15/month until 5/21/23)

Can I get a sample or trial of the program?

Yes! If you download and purchase the monthly membership option, you'll get a 7-day free trial.

Who is the app for?

We have programming for three different phases: trying to conceive, prenatal, and postpartum. Upon downloading the app, you'll be able to tell us what phase you're in (including due date if you're pregnant and your baby's birthday if you're postpartum). The programming was developed by our team of experts specifically for each phase of your pregnancy journey.

Where can I get more support?

The best place to get a quick response from our coaches and support team is our Discord Server; within the #plus-1-app channel, you can get customer service support for app issues; for more general questions or to connect with other members, be sure to check out the #prenatal-postpartum channel. If you want to email our team, please direct questions to sales@strongstrongfriends.com.


LEGACY KAJABI MEMBERS

If I previously purchased the online version of Plus+1, do I have access to the app?

Yes! Our legacy members were given access to the beta testing period of the app, and have lifetime access to the app. An email notification was sent out on 5/3/23. If you had previously unsubscribed from getting updates from us, this email could not be sent to you. If you want to gain access, simply email sales@strongstrongfriends.com from the email you purchased the online program with, and request app access.

Do I still have access to the online/Kajabi version of the program?

Yes! We have no plans of discontinuing this version of the program for quite some time. If we decide to discontinue this delivery method, you'll be notified via email well in advance.

It says “cancel subscription in the app store” but there is no iption. How do i cancel my subscription?

We are considering the lifetime membership and we want to know if this will work for us as we train exclusively with kettlebells and resistance bands and don’t have barbells and gyms machines… can we still do the program effectively ? Please advise
